With over 20 years experience as a cameraman and editor, Ben has showcased his diverse expertise for different formats, environments and often unusual customised requirements.
Ben began his career in regional news, shooting three stories a day and editing four to five packages by 6pm each day. He has worked for the London News Network, and Granada and Carlton broadcasters.
Ben also filmed both an entertainment series and a financial series, including several documentaries. Ben has also worked with the likes of Ian Woods for Sky News, Michael Peschardt and Nick Bryant for the BBC.
Ben has worked with many international sporting teams, including the Pacific Island Rugby Team, Swimming Australia, The Australian Wallabies, Olympic Games, Ashes Series, Rugby World Cup Tour, ICC World Cup Tours , Cricket Australia.
A career highlight was the recent filming of a documentary following a Massai Warrior cricket team and their quest to address some social issues in their community. It was an interesting and challenging time and a showcase of Ben’s unique abilities.
